Our Rosewood design was built around its two story front porch, which sits atop an amazing view of Norton Commons’ Oval Park. The first floor is wonderful for entertaining family and guests with its sweeping foyer, spacious living room, and gourmet kitchen. A hall with a food pantry and butler’s pantry connect the kitchen to the dining room and a home office flanks the foyer upon entry. The rear of the house connects to the covered porch and paver patio on grade. On the second floor, the owner’s suite offers truly luxurious living: a reading room greets your entry into the suite with french doors to the second floor porch. From the reading room, you enter the owner’s bedroom situated at the front of the house featuring a vaulted ceiling and views of the Oval Park. Off the bedroom you’ll find a lux bathroom and palatial walk in closet.
