We are looking for a customer-focused, highly motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and disciplined work habits to compliment our Ramage Company team as a Project Supervisor. This position will utilize strong organizational skills to coordinate all construction site activities and supervise all field personnel as required to successfully complete our projects on schedule and within budget. Ramage Company is committed to the highest standards in our construction practices requiring focused attention to detail and emphasis on quality control. The Project Supervisor will utilize well-developed interpersonal skills to supervise all trade and field personnel while managing relationships with Ramage Company team members, clients, trade partners, and suppliers in relation to his or her projects. He or she will administer proper safety protocol relating to all onsite activities. Responsibilities include:
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities
• Maintain a customer service mindset providing an excellent experience for the client during the build process
• Promote job site safety by encouraging safe work practices and rectifying job site hazards immediately. Ensure all Company employees and trade partners adhere to the company safety policy in relation to his or her projects
• Create and maintain construction schedule by directing field personnel to achieve completion of project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to construction drawings and specifications
• Maintain and manage budgets, change orders, and control cost overruns. Understand the general cost of labor and materials for his or her projects with the ability to verify and approve invoices from trade partners and suppliers
• Skillfully and effectively implement Ramage Company process disciplines in accomplishing work objectives. Contribute to the refinement and improvement of process disciplines with ideas, innovation and collaboration
• Maintain positive working relationships among Ramage Company team members, customers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare, schedule and supervise completion of a final punch list.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications

• Adequate technology skills
• Construction knowledge including strong understanding of construction processes, construction drawings, materials, and project management software tools
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Job Requirements
• Minimum of 2-5 years in field required
• Formal training in project management preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree; Construction or Engineering preferred
• Valid Driver’s License with excellent driving record
• Pass a thorough background check and provide job references
• Minimal travel required
• Physical requirements: Position involves sitting, standing and/or movement, the ability to exert minimal force of up to 50 pounds and occasionally exert up to 80 pounds of minimal force to carry, lift, push, pull and otherwise move objects. Must be able to climb ladders, scaffolding and other means to reach and observe all areas of building
