Our Carson plan was designed to focus on comfortable first floor living accommodations and access to outdoor rooms for the homeowners’ everyday enjoyment. The architecture is Arts & Crafts-inspired featuring shake siding, stone veneer on the foundation, and abundant entablature details. A large foyer greets you into the open floor plan with immediate access to the covered porch from the living room. The covered porch sweeps you to an intimate garden with doors into the owner’s suite; the owner’s suite includes a vaulted ceiling, luxury bathroom, and huge walk in closet. The kitchen is full of cabinet options, high end appliances, and a comfortable dining space. A hidden office, mud room and laundry give the plan everyday functionality. The second floor offers plenty of room to move for family or guests with an additional 4 bedrooms and 2 Jack and Jill bathrooms.
