2021 Design—The Palmetto

Our Palmetto Cottage has a casual, farmhouse architectural style along with outdoor rooms that connect directly to the interior living spaces. The covered porch wraps from the front of the house, around the living room, and deepens at the dining room. The living room features access to the porch and a double sided fireplace that can be enjoyed inside or out.

The kitchen, which is large and open to the dining and living rooms, includes an expansive island and spacious pantry. The first floor program concludes with the primary suite with a free-standing soaking tub, generous walk-in closet, and vaulted ceiling in the bedroom. The two upstairs bedrooms have large closets, abundant natural light, and share the hall bath.
